Returns & Refunds
We want you to be totally happy with your purchase, which includes a returns procedure should you need to send an item back to us.
If a part is faulty or defective then we’re really sorry. Contact Us, to discuss the problem and we’ll arrange a replacement item, or a refund straight away.
If you’ve simply had a change of heart or if the item doesn’t fit, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. The item must be in re-saleable condition and its original packaging or we won’t be able to refund you.

Please ensure you get proof of postage in case your item gets lost in the post.
If your item is particularly heavy or fragile, please contact us or advice on returning.
We’ll check your return and, if everything’s OK, we’ll refund what you’ve paid for it within 14 working days.
If you’ve changed your mind about a product and we’ve not yet despatched it, Please Contact Us as soon as possible to cancel your order.
